A Message from Stacey Matteson

Where has 2021 gone? As we close in on the end of the year, I want to thank each of you for your partnership this year. 2021 continued to be a year of difficulty, but together we overcame and found success. Through November, we have achieved both our top and bottom line goals and anticipate similar results for December. I look forward to sharing our full results at our Agency Summit in March!

I am pleased to report that our Audit Department is fully staffed and operational. We have added Tina Lake to the team. She and Joe have divided the territories, and we believe the territory division will allow us to handle a large majority of audits in-house with very few assigned to a vendor.

In addition to the Audit Department, we have had several staff additions and promotions in the latter part of the year. Please join me in welcoming the following individuals to the Umialik team and congratulating those who have been promoted.
